My initial service experience with Alpha Rho and David Tall was nothing short of rave-worthy! I called him literally for the 1st time earlier today, in a panic mode for need of some plastic hinged boxes that he did NOT have in stock, and … More he pulled some of his production folks off another longer-scheduled job to expedite my urgent need for 500 pin boxes. He was responsive, courteous, and even apologetic about the production noise in the background of his operation — just excellent. As a business owner I can only hope that my customers sense the same level of commitment, and sense of urgency, that is in short supply unfortunately elsewhere. I expect to be a long-term customer, and yet today is a classic example of the best realization of a "first impression". Kudos!
